It’s been a long time since I dusted off this piece of software… mostly because I lost it in a computer crash. But I emailed the good folks at Ezine Announcer, and they were kind enough to send it to me, along with the links to the bonuses, tutorials and so forth.
No, that’s good service. I ordered this software back in 2003, I think. I’m not even sure of that, it’s been so long. But they were kind enough to look me up and get me a copy.
I’ve seen people post about Ezine Announcer on discussion boards, asking if it’s a spamming tool. I can understand where people could worry about that, but while it helps to automate your submission of your ezine to ezine directories and lists, you still do some of the work. Directory submissions must be reviewed and approved. You can do the same with any emails you do, and if a resource is obsolete, you can delete it easily. The email addresses on this program are ones that are specifically for announcing ezines; they aren’t random email addresses. I suppose the program could be abused, but that is not what it is designed for.
Yes, as you can tell, I’m deep into website promotion right now, and that’s why I’m mentioning the tools that are helping me get things done efficiently. It’s a part of running an online business that is all too easily neglected because it’s tedious, but it’s also extremely valuable. I am very much hoping to get some good results from all this work.
