Just wandering around various link and found out about a Google Apps Beta that sounds pretty interesting. I would think there could be some pretty great applications for home businesses, so long as you don’t mind Google having whatever information passes through, although the privacy policy is pretty good.
Google Apps for Your Domain lets you use some of Google’s tools on your own domain. You can create custom start pages, set up user email accounts that go through GMail, use Google Talk, Google Calendar and Google Page Creator, all private label.
I haven’t signed up yet, but I’m thinking hard on the possibilities. I think it is probably most useful if you work with a team of people, have contract or regular employees, maybe even for direct sales as an easy way to connect with your downline and keep up with what everyone is doing.
Anyone out there try this yet?
