I can go months without buying or even downloading a new ebook or script these days. I’ve learned that for the most part I don’t need to keep buying or downloading things all that often. But recently I’ve found just a bunch that have caught my interest sufficiently not only to buy or download, but to read and/or make use of.
This all pretty much started with my decision to review the High Performance Affiliate Marketing ebook. I’m still planning a full review of that one, but finding more ebooks and the death of my grandfather really messed up my plans. Such is life.
Now I’m trying Comment Hut Lite, a way to find Wordpress blogs, sort them by PR and then manually make comments. Yes, manually. After all, you can’t make high quality comments with an automated script. However, you can certainly find blogs automatically. There’s a more advanced version that searches for more kinds of blogs if you choose to buy it, but the Lite version is free.
I also spent a whole $10 buying the Web 2 Secrets Audio Guide. Just have to find time to listen to it now.
Oh, and yes I did go ahead and buy Design Dashboard. I’ve fiddled with it a little, but since I did buy that just before going out of town for my grandfather’s funeral I haven’t actually accomplished anything yet.
The one trouble with buying so much is deciding which to use first. I have Comment Hut Lite running right now as I type this up. I think I’m going to have to set aside an hour or so a day just to comment on blogs. Done right it’s a great way to get good backlinks. And no, I don’t mean the “Great job!” kind of comments. I believe in keeping things relevant.
I think I’ll finish my review of the affiliate marketing ebook next. I may well have to scan the parts I’ve read already just to refresh my memory.
One trick I’m using is to set up a folder for each of these products, so that I can keep track of information from each one. It may well be a struggle to keep up with it all otherwise.
