But there's a very simple reason why there's no budget for it - my husband was laid off in January. I make enough to keep us going reasonably (tough in southern California), but the excess has been trimmed already. We eat out less than once a month, for example. Freebies are modern day wonders. On another note and I might be out of line for this, find a way to keep your daughter in the classes, even if it means eating out less and getting rid of the things you can cut out.
