To interpret other times, you must understand your template.

Most templates load the header, content & comments, sidebar and footer in that order.
Other templates load in this order: header, sidebar, content, footer. For these cases, the time between the end of the header and the "Begin Loop" is the time to load the sidebar. The time between "End Loop" and "End Footer" is the footer only.
